ReBirthPro online shop

client

I was approached by ReBirthPro, an American company that sells premium natural wood furniture.
The products were previously featured on online retailer Wayfair, but there was no sales platform due to high competition and restrictions. The company sells online and does not have its own showroom. There are no interior photos of the products, which affects the buyer’s decision-making, as he or she cannot visualise how the furniture will look in a particular room.

Task

To develop from scratch a clear and user-friendly online shop that will stand out among competitors and make visitors trust and want to buy the presented goods.
Planned to promote the site through Facebook advertising.

Works performed

Analytics:
Layout:
An in-depth niche analysis of the US market was conducted, competitors' websites and target audience were analysed, and the pains of the target audience were identified. Potential buyers faced a lot of questions due to the lack of clear navigation and product characteristics. Based on the analyses, the website structure and user path were developed.
Design:
The design is minimalistic to avoid confusing and distracting the user from the key task, and to emphasise the premium nature of the products. For the product category covers and videos, I generated images with table tops using Midjorney neural network. I processed the photos for the catalogue.
The website is built on Tilde. Filled catalogue with goods. PayPal payment system is connected.
*Not a trivial task:
The customer said that it is required to connect Venmo and Pay later from PayPal. In the standard payment services of Tilda there are no settings for these payment systems. I received an official answer from Tilda tech support that connection is impossible.
However, I solved the problem. I found a reliable contractor to integrate third-party payment systems using handwritten code.
